Refund Policy – TDAC Immigration Assistance

1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital immigration assistance service, all payments are final and non-refundable once your order has been submitted.
We begin processing TDAC applications immediately upon order, including data review, compliance checks, and submission through the official Thai government portal (tdac.immigration.go.th). As such, refunds are not available under any circumstance.
2. Exceptions
We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Customer changes their mind after submitting the form
- Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the user
- Customer did not receive a TDAC due to providing invalid travel dates or data
- Denial of entry by Thai immigration or changes in travel plans
3. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g. duplicate charges), please contact us at support@tdacimmigration.com and we will review your case. We aim to resolve billing issues within 5 business days.
Please do not initiate chargebacks before contacting our support team.
